Green Giant or Chinese Goddess (Bambusa multiplex var. riviereorum) is a compact, slow-spreading clumping bamboo with fine, weeping, fernlike foliage—the smallest leaves of any bamboo we offer. More stable than 'Fernleaf', it's ideal for containers, indoor use, or protected outdoor areas. In about 10 years, it typically reaches up to 6 ft tall and 3–4 ft wide. Fantastic for  hedging.
