'Fall Red Tips' is a Japanese maple that leafs out in the early spring as a bright chartreuse green with a light purple border. Mid-summer this Japanese maple is a rich green. Fall colors start out as bright golden yellow. After a few days of this golden yellow, red tips being to appear on the outter edges of this maple creating this beautiful dispaly of color seen above. Sometimes this Japanese maple may turn to a bright fiery red for third stage of fall color. It is estimated that 'Fall Red Tips' Japanese maple will reach about 10 ft in height in 15 years.
