'Mama Fu' is a newer cultivar that was just officially just registered in 2012. It leafs out in the early spring heavily of pink variegation unlike any other with that style of variegation. The tree is noticeably pink, even from a distance. Green finally begins to fade into the leaf by mid to late spring. Mid-summer the pink fades to a cream. Fall colors are oranges to reds. This selection is extremely rare and unique. Mature height is not known as this is a brand new selection but estimated to be around 10-12 feet in 15 years.
