'Ryumon' is newer introduction from Japan with a bright lavender border to a bright green leaf in the early spring that holds fairly well until early summer. In the early fall, 'Ryumon' starts off with a display of bright red fall color transforming into a bold maroon as the finale. The name 'Ryumon' translates as "dragon gate". We expect 'Ryumon' to reach 8-10 ft in 15 years in an upright habit.
