'Yeager Broom' is a new columnar Japanese maple selection that was found by the Yeager Brothers as a witches broom. 'Yeager Broom' has a tight and dense and upright habit. The leaves are bright red when they leaf out turning to deep maroon. Â 'Yeager Broom' may reach 12 ft in height by 3-4 ft in width in 10 years. Fall color is a bright crimson red.
