'Yellow Cascade' leafs out with butter yellow leaves on pendulous cascading branches. In the fall ‘Yellow Cascade’ turns orange, then a brilliant shade of red. ‘Yellow Cascade’ is brand new so, to be safe, give 'Yellow Cascade' morning sun with protection from the hot afternoon sun for best color.

‘Yellow Cascade’ has a similar shape as ‘Ryusen’ except it has golden foliage. It has a heavily strong weeping habit that will reach the height you stake it to, then cascade from that point. Without staking, ‘Yellow Cascade’ may make an excellent groundcover. ‘Yellow Cascade’ was found and introduced by Talon Buchholz.
