‘Mirte’ is an interesting hybrid full moon Japanese maple selection that was introduced by Esveld Nursery of the Netherlands. In the spring, the leaves of ‘Mirte’ leaf out as a bronze red, turning to green. In the fall ‘Mirte’ turns yellow to orange. ‘Mirte’ may reach 10-12 ft in height in 10 years.
