'Candy Stripe' is a beautiful native selection of an Oconee azalea with pink blossoms along with white striping in the center and a yellow blotch. The color combo is quite nice. The sweet honeysuckle-like fragrance is quite nice too! 'Candy Stripe' may reach 6 ft in height in by 4 ft in width in 10 years. 'Candy Stripe', sometimes called "Candy Stripe Speciosum" or “Audrey Maphis’ was a selection introduced by Aaron Varnadoe of Varnadoe Nursery.
