'Michaele Lux’ is a fairly rare evergreen azalea hybrid with large 3 inch ruffled lavender pink ruffled blooms with a darker purple red blotch that bloom in early to mid-spring. The compact habit of ‘Michaele Lux’ reaches about 4 ft in height in 10 years. ‘Michaele Lux’ was developed by Dr Eugene Aromi by hybridizing a lavender Azalea ‘Elsie Lee’ with a gorgeous red Azalea ‘Red Ribbons’. The result is beautiful azalea that you need in your garden.
