Solar Flare™ native azalea is a Southern Living azalea in the Sunbow® Series. Solar Flare™ was bred by azalea expert and good friend, Buddy Lee. Solar Flare™ was intentionally bred for heat resistance, vigor, large bloom trusses, large flowers, and good color. Solar Flare™ displays vibrant yellow with a blush of orange. These form large clusters of large beautiful flowers. Solar Flare™ may reach 6-8 ft in height by 4-5 ft in width. Make sure to give Solar Flare™ good drainage and plant with organic matter. Great pollinator for bees, butterflies and hummingbirds with its honeysuckle fragrance.
