Cercis 'Alley Cat' is a beautiful variegated selection of redbut that has green heart shaped leaves that are dusted in white variegation. Before the leaves comes out, 'Alley Cat' has some amazing deep pink blooms that cover the branches in late winter to early spring. 'Alley Cat' was found by Allen Bush and introduced by Hidden Hollow Nursery in Tennessee. 'Alley Cat' may reach 15-20 ft in height in 10 years.
