'Kanuma' has a variegation pattern and style that is unique to any plant that I know of. This 'Kanuma' giant dogwood has bright yellow splashed variegation across dark green leaves. Every so often, there will be a zig-zag between the two colors giving a unique and unreal look to this rare selection of giant dogwood from Japan. 'Kanuma' may reach 10-14 ft in 15 years. Like most giant dogwoods, 'Kanuma' will get white clustered flowers across the tree with age. Fall color is a bright yellow.
