'Blue Shadow' is a neat dogwood that was found and introduced by Polly Hill Arboretum. While the white blooms are proflic in the summer on this Chinese dogwood selection, 'Blue Shadow' was selected for a blue cast to the green leaves that adds an extra effect that you don't get out of many dogwoods. This gives 'Blue Shadow' something you can enjoy on this plant in many different seasons, even when it isn't blooming. 'Blue Shadow' may reach 15 ft in height in 10 years.
