Cornus kousa 'Satomi' is perhaps one of the finest Chinese dogwoods. In mid-to-late spring white blooms appear across this dogwood, gaining a pink blush as the blooms mature. When the blooms fully mature, the blooms are a bold rosy pink, putting on a stunning display in the summer garden. 'Satomi' may reach 10-12 ft in height and width in 10 years with a rounded canopy.
