'Aurea Pendula’ is perhaps one of the most striking European Beech selections. The weeping habit and striking yellow leaves make this European Beech a beautiful specimen for any landscape. Proper citing is important as too much sun may burn the leaves and too much shade may make the leaves less golden and more green. We recommend morning sun and afternoon shade. ‘Aurea pendula’ may reach 6-8 ft in height by 2-3 ft in width in 10 years.
