'Snow Cloud' is a gorgeous stable variegated ginkgo that has a frosted variegation to the leaf. In hot climates, the white frosted variegation will fade more but always puts on a great spring display of variegation. Give 'Snow Cloud' morning sun and protection from the hot afternoon sun for best variegation. Fall color is a bright golden yellow. We expect 'Snow Cloud' to reach 6-8 ft in 15 years. 'Snow Cloud' is a recent import from Japan but we believe it was also brought over years ago under the name 'Frosty'. This is one of my favorite ginkgo trees and I'm sure it will be one of your favorite plants in your garden.
