'Arnold', sometimes called "Fastigatum", is a narrow columnar selection of tulip tree. This fast growing tree may reach more than 2 ft of height in growth per year, reaching 45ft in height by 15 ft in width in 20 years. 'Arnold' has green leaves typical of the species, the yellow and orange tulip tree blossoms that make this tulip trees famous, and a bright yellow fall color. The narrow habit of 'Arnold' makes this selection great for narrow spaces where you want a fast growing tree.
