'Allan Rogers' is double white blooming peony that blooms in early to mid-spring.  The white color is a pure ivory white. The blooms on this selection are sturdy and proliferous. 'Allan Rogers' may reach 3 ft in height each year. 'Allan Rogers' was named after the famous expert author, Allan Rogers, of the book Peonies.
