'Monsieur Jules Elie' is a classic double pink peony with huge blooms. These blooms can be 7.5 to 8 inches in diameter. This can cause stems to fall over, so it recommended to stake this selection. When using as a cut flower, use a vase with a high neck to support the stems. ‘Monsieur Jules Elie’ is an herbaceous peony, reaching 3-4 ft in height each year.
