'Hoopsii' is a nice conical blue spruce that has a destict tight habit. Young plants may start out more globose until a leader develops. 'Hoopsii' may reach 6-7 ft in height by 4.5 ft in width in 10 years. Blue is a such a great color to add to the garden and 'Hoopsii' does it so well. ‘Hoopsii’ was found and introduced by Hoops Nursery of Washington.
