'Manomet' is a dwarf Jack pine selection with a dense compact habit and extremely short needles. This makes it excellent for a new evergreen texture in the landscape for small spaces, containers, or even bonsai. 'Manomet' would be perfect for a small crevice garden, fairy garden, or railroad garden. 'Manomet' may reach 2-3 ft in height and width in 10 years. 'Manomet' was found as a chance seedling by Al Fordham at the Arnold Arboretum. 'Manomet' was named after a native American tribe.
