Pinus parviflora 'Go gin’ is a slower growing Japanese white pine selection that has long twisting needles. ‘Go jin’ forms a bubbly-like appearance with a compact upright habit. ‘Go gin’ may reach 6-7 ft in height in 10 years. For best growth rate give ‘Go gin’ morning sun with protection from the hot afternoon sun.
