The blue color of the needles is quite nice in such a rounded form. ‘Blue Shag’ may reach 3-4 ft in height and width in 10 years. ‘Blue Shag’ was found by the famous Dr. Sid Waxman as a witches' broom mutation in the late 1970’s and has proven itself as a staple in the garden landscape.
