'Elkins Dwarf' is a nice vigorous dwarf eastern white pine that jumps out with growth, but forms a nice tight dense bun with age. The blue-green color adds a lot to landsacpe. 'Elkins Dwarf' may reach 2 ft in height by 4 ft in width in 10 years.
