'Snow Dragon' is a variegated form of hardy orange that has both variegated foliage, variegated thorns, variegated branching, and a contorted shape. Ted Stephens and Rick Crowder found this hardy orange at a garden center in Japan as they were leaving Nagoya headed toward Gifu. 'Snow Dragon', sometimes called "Variegatus", is quite striking  and is a must for anyone who loves variegated plants. Make sure not to over water this poncirus trifoliata and give it plenty of good drainage. 'Snow Dragon' may reach 4 ft in height by 3 ft in 10 years.

The fruit on 'Snow Dragon' tastes quite tart, similar to a lemon, and is often used in making marmalade.
