'Black Dragon' is one of the deepest purple flowering wisterias on the market. Even the foliage is quite showy, displaying a glossy sheen. This selection sold under 'Hitoe kokuryu' in Japan is a good grower. Give 'Black Dragon' full sun for best blooming, and something good to climb on.
