Cornus kousa 'Arctic' is a brand new selection of a white variegated Chinese dogwood by Crispin Silva. The creamy white margins are exceptionally nice on a blue-green to green leaf.  During late spring white blooms add to the great display in the garden. This is the first time 'Arctic' has been released. We expect 'Arctic' to reach 7-8 ft in height and width in 10 years.
