'Prelude' is unusual for Japanese andromeda as it typically is later blooming than many other selections. Salmon pink flower buds open up to pure white flowers over top the dark green foliage. 'Prelude' is quite small grower compare to other Japanese andromeda reach 3-4 ft in height and width in 10 years.
