'Repens’ is a low growing and creeping  Scots pine that will typically reach up to 3 ft in height by 6 ft in width in 10 years. Some even use this attractive evergreen as an evergreen ground cover by simply trimming out any upright branches that may develop. ‘Repens’ is Latin for “creeping” or “prostrate”, which is a fitting description for this uniquely shaped and and intriguing Scots pine. ‘Repens’ is great for rock gardens, containers, fairy gardens, or miniature railroad gardens.
