Fraxinus excelsior 'Crispa' Dwarf Ash Tree

Fraxinus excelsior 'Crispa'
Dwarf Curly Leaf European Ash Tree

Zones 3-9

PART SHADE to FULL SUN

'Crispa' is dwarf European ash tree with curly dark green foliage. This selection is extremely slow growing, reaching 5-7 ft in 10 years.  The compact tight habit makes this dwarf extremely ornamental and especially unique. This tree is extremely rare in cultivation. Extremely limited in quantity.

The first photo is by our good friend, Miroslav MalĂk, in the Czech Republic. The second photo is a photo Matt took of a very old specimen at Arboretum Trompenburg in the Netherlands.

Limited Quantities Available !! As we have over a thousand cultivars of Japanese maples, we often do not have many of each cultivar. We recommend that you buy the Japanese maples you want immediately as we often sell out of certain selections.
