'Aurea' is a slower growing, more glubose selection of Korean fir with golden needles in the spring. In winter, these needles become a duller green. Typically, 'Aurea' grows to a height of 6-10 ft and a width of 4-6 ft over a period of 10 years.
Our Abies koreana 'Aurea' are grafted on momi fir (abies firma) which makes them more heat tolerant and durable than when grafted on Abies koreana.
